Eligibility

Open to natural persons aged 18+. Void where prohibited. One entry per participant for the entire Promotion Period. Entries by employees/agents of the Promoter (and their immediate family members) may be disqualified.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on the date these Official Rules are published on the official promotion page and is ongoing. The Promotion will conclude after the third and final prize draw has been completed and the winner is announced.

How to Enter (no purchase required)

To enter the giveaway and be eligible for all prize draws, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Visit the official MEFERI Community Growth Giveaway promotion page at: https://meferi.com/en/promotions/meferi-giveaway/
  2. Complete the official entry form by providing your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and your Social Media Handle (e.g., @yourhandle on X/Instagram or your profile name on LinkedIn/Facebook).
  3. By submitting the form, you confirm your entry and agree to these Official Rules.

To be eligible to win a specific prize, you must also be a follower/subscriber of the MEFERI social media channel that triggers that prize draw at the time of verification.

Prizes and Milestone Draws

Three (3) prizes will be awarded in total across three separate prize draws. Each draw is triggered by a specific follower milestone. A participant is eligible to win only one (1) prize throughout the entire Promotion.

The eligible MEFERI social media channels for this promotion are: LinkedIn, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube.

  • Draw 1: Follower Milestone 500
    • Trigger: This draw will be activated when the first of the eligible MEFERI social media channels reaches 500 followers/subscribers.
    • Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) pair of Apple AirPods Pro (latest model available at the time of the draw).
  • Draw 2: Follower Milestone 1,000
    • Trigger: This draw will be activated when the first of the eligible MEFERI social media channels reaches 1,000 followers/subscribers.
    • Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) Apple Watch (latest model available at the time of the draw).
  • Draw 3: Follower Milestone 1,500
    • Trigger: This draw will be activated when the first of the eligible MEFERI social media channels reaches 1,500 followers/subscribers.
    • Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) Apple iPhone Pro (latest model available at the time of the draw).

General Prize Conditions: All prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other alternative is offered. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor, administrator, or participant in this promotion.

Verification & Winner Confirmation

Upon a social media channel reaching a follower milestone, MEFERI will conduct a prize draw.

  1. A potential winner will be randomly selected from the entire database of participants who have registered via the official promotion page form.
  2. MEFERI will then verify if the potential winner is a follower/subscriber of the specific social media channel that triggered the draw. The Social Media Handle provided in the entry form will be used for this verification.
  3. If the potential winner is not a follower of the triggering channel, they will be disqualified for that specific draw, and a new potential winner will be randomly selected. This process will repeat until a verified winner is confirmed.

MEFERI will contact the verified winner via the email address provided in the entry form. The winner’s name and social media handle must reasonably match the information provided during entry. Once verified, MEFERI will officially announce the winner on its social media channels.

Data Protection (GDPR)

  • Controller: MEFERI Technologies Co., Ltd.
  • Purpose and Legal Basis: The primary purpose for processing your personal data is to administer this ongoing giveaway and to send you marketing communications. The legal basis for all processing activities is your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide by submitting the entry form.
  • Withdrawing Consent: You can withdraw your consent for future marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link. Withdrawing from marketing communications will not remove your entry from this giveaway database. To withdraw from the giveaway entirely, you must request the erasure of your data by contacting us at legal@meferi.com.
  • Data processed: first name, last name, email address, and Social Media Handle. A phone number may be requested from winners for prize delivery coordination.
  • Retention: Data for giveaway entries will be retained until the Promotion concludes. If you have consented to marketing, your data will be retained until consent is withdrawn. Data for winners will be retained for up to 5 years for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact us at legal@meferi.com. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
  • Transfers: If data is stored or processed outside the EEA, MEFERI will use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
