MEFERI Community Growth Giveaway – Official Rules

Eligibility
This Promotion is open only to natural persons aged 18 years or older who represent a company and participate in a business capacity as:
– existing or registered partners of MEFERI Technologies Co., Ltd.;
– potential partners of MEFERI Technologies Co., Ltd.;
– existing end customers of MEFERI Technologies Co., Ltd.;
– potential end customers of MEFERI Technologies Co., Ltd.
Participation in this Promotion is valid only after successful registration via the official promotion registration form available on the MEFERI promotion landing page. Registration through the form is mandatory. Individuals who follow MEFERI on social media but do not complete the registration form are not considered participants and are not eligible for the prize draw.
To be eligible, a participant must:
(a) complete the official promotion registration form in full, including the “Company Name” field;
(b) provide their social media profile username in the registration form;
(c) be a follower of the specific MEFERI social media channel that has reached the applicable follower milestone at the time of the prize draw.
If a participant is not following the specific social media channel that triggered the giveaway milestone, such participant is not eligible for that prize draw, even if registered on the promotion landing page.
Entries by the following are NOT eligible:
(a) employees, contractors, or representatives of MEFERI Technologies Co., Ltd., as well as their immediate family members;
(b) representatives, employees, or affiliates of competing AIDC, POS, Auto-ID, OEM or ODM hardware brands;
(c) individuals who do not represent a company or submit an entry without a completed registration form;
(d) duplicate, incomplete, or unverifiable entries.
Only participants who have successfully completed the official promotion registration form, meet all eligibility requirements set out in these Official Rules, and are verified at the time of the prize draw as followers of the specific MEFERI social media channel that has reached the follower milestone defined for that prize draw, will be included in the random prize draw.
Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on the date these Official Rules are published on the official promotion page and is ongoing. The Promotion will conclude after the third and final prize draw has been completed and the winner is announced.
How to Enter (no purchase required)
To enter the giveaway and be eligible for all prize draws, you must complete the following steps:
- Visit the official MEFERI Community Growth Giveaway promotion page and complete the entry form during the Promotion Period: https://meferi.com/en/promotions/meferi-giveaway/
- Provide accurate and complete information in the official promotion entry form, including a valid company name and your social media profile/username used to follow MEFERI.
Prizes and Milestone Draws
Three (3) prizes will be awarded in total across three separate prize draws. Each draw is triggered by a specific follower milestone. A participant is eligible to win only one (1) prize throughout the entire Promotion.
The eligible MEFERI social media channels for this promotion are: LinkedIn, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube.
- Draw 1: Follower Milestone 500
- Trigger: This draw will be activated when the first of the eligible MEFERI social media channels reaches 500 followers/subscribers.
- Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) pair of Apple AirPods Pro (latest model available at the time of the draw).
- Draw 2: Follower Milestone 3,000
- Trigger: This draw will be activated when the first of the eligible MEFERI social media channels reaches 3,000 followers/subscribers.
- Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) Apple Watch (latest model available at the time of the draw).
- Draw 3: Follower Milestone 5,000
- Trigger: This draw will be activated when the first of the eligible MEFERI social media channels reaches 5,000 followers/subscribers.
- Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) Apple iPhone Pro (latest model available at the time of the draw).
General Prize Conditions: All prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other alternative is offered. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor, administrator, or participant in this promotion.
Verification & Winner Confirmation
1. MEFERI will randomly select a potential winner from the database of participants who have completed the official entry form.
2. Prior to confirming any prize winner, MEFERI will verify all of the following:
(a) the entrant completed the official promotion registration form;
(b) the entrant provided a valid social media profile/username in the registration form;
(c) the entrant meets all eligibility requirements under these Official Rules.
3. If the potential winner does not meet any of the above conditions, they will be disqualified for that draw, and a new potential winner will be selected and verified under the same criteria.
MEFERI will contact the verified winner via the email address provided in the entry form. The winner’s name and social media handle must reasonably match the information provided during entry. Once verified, MEFERI will officially announce the winner on its social media channels.
Data Protection (GDPR)
- Controller: MEFERI Technologies Co., Ltd.
- Purpose and Legal Basis: The primary purpose for processing your personal data is to administer this ongoing giveaway and to send you marketing communications. The legal basis for all processing activities is your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide by submitting the entry form.
- Withdrawing Consent: You can withdraw your consent for future marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link. Withdrawing from marketing communications will not remove your entry from this giveaway database. To withdraw from the giveaway entirely, you must request the erasure of your data by contacting us at legal@meferi.com.
- Data processed: first name, last name, email address, and Social Media Handle. A phone number may be requested from winners for prize delivery coordination.
- Retention: Data for giveaway entries will be retained until the Promotion concludes. If you have consented to marketing, your data will be retained until consent is withdrawn. Data for winners will be retained for up to 5 years for audit and compliance purposes.
- Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact us at legal@meferi.com. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
- Transfers: If data is stored or processed outside the EEA, MEFERI will use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
Changes, Suspension or Termination
MEFERI Technologies Co., Ltd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, postpone, or cancel this Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, if circumstances arise that are beyond its reasonable control or that may compromise the fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion.
Any changes to these Official Rules will be published on the official promotion page and will take effect from the time of publication.
