How to Use Online Documentation:

1. Each MEFERI product comes with a special QR Code to access the online documentation section of our website.
2. Locate the QR Code in the MEFERI product box and scan it with your smartphone to be automatically directed to https://meferi.com/docs-online/.
3. You will be redirected to a page with language settings based on your country, and you can select your product model by clicking on the corresponding image or model name.
4. After selecting your product model, you will be directed to a page with all available online documentation for that model, such as Quick User Guides and User Manuals.
5. View the document online or download the PDF version.

How to Request Printed Quick User Guides:

1. Go to https://meferi.com/docs-online/ and select your product model from the list.
2. Download the PDF version of the Quick User Guides and print it. If this option is not suitable, you can request a printed version through our support team.
Please indicate in the comment field that you need a printed version of the “Quick User Guides,” and provide the model name and serial number of the MEFERI device, as well as the detailed delivery address: country, postal code, exact address, recipient’s phone number, recipient’s full name, and convenient delivery time (e.g., Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00, specifying only the days and time period you can receive the delivery).
3. Our partners, if necessary, can notify their responsible MEFERI manager in advance to receive printed Quick User Guides before shipment.
