MEFERIは、各サブプロセッサーと、当社の顧客とのDPAに定められたものと同等以上のデータ保護義務を課す契約を締結しています。当社は、個人データの保護を確実にするため、サブプロセッサーに対してデューデリジェンスを実施しています。
このリストは随時更新される場合があります。当社は、データ保護契約（DPA）の条項に従い、サブプロセッサーの追加または変更に関する予定変更についてお客様に通知いたします。

サブプロセッサーとは、MEFERI のサービスを提供するために MEFERI の顧客から提供された個人データを処理することを MEFERI によって承認された第三者です。

MEFERI’s Own Websites and Portals (meferi.com, portal.meferi.com, helpdesk.meferi.com, etc.)
MEFERI operates various websites and portals to engage with prospects, customers, and partners. It is important to distinguish between MEFERI’s role as a Data Controller for its own websites and as a Data Processor for the Services provided to Customers.
- When MEFERI is a Data Controller: When you provide Personal Data directly to MEFERI through our corporate and marketing websites (e.g., by filling out a contact form on meferi.com), MEFERI acts as the Data Controller. The processing of this data is governed by MEFERI’s プライバシーポリシー. The infrastructure for these websites is provided by Kinsta Inc.
- When MEFERI is a Data Processor: When you provide Personal Data through portals that are part of the Services delivered to our Customers, MEFERI acts as a Data Processor on behalf of the Customer. The infrastructure for the partner portal (portal.meferi.com) is provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS), and the platform for the customer support portal (helpdesk.meferi.com) is provided by Zoho Corporation B.V. Both AWS and Zoho are listed as sub-processors in the table above because they process data for which our Customers are the Controllers.
MEFERI のハードウェアおよびサービスは、決済ソリューション、小売セルフスキャン ソフトウェア、特殊な MDM/EMM プラットフォームなど、お客様がそのようなサードパーティ プロバイダーと直接の契約関係にある場合、サードパーティが提供するソフトウェアまたはサービス (「サードパーティ パートナー ソリューション」) と併用される場合があります。
これらの場合、第三者プロバイダーは通常、お客様と当該第三者との契約に基づき、自社のサービスに関連して取り扱う個人データについて、データ管理者またはデータ処理者として機能します。これらの第三者パートナーソリューションは、当社のDPAで定義されているMEFERIのサブプロセッサーではありません。また、当該プロバイダーが上記の表において別の目的でMEFERIのサブプロセッサーとして明示的に記載されている場合を除き、MEFERIはこれらの第三者のデータ処理活動について責任を負いません。
